All orders are marked as Authority to Leave, so if no one is available to receive your parcel, the driver will leave it in a safe place at the delivery address.

Please note that Shona Joy is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen parcels during transit. Once the parcel has been successfully delivered to the provided address, we cannot accept responsibility for any missing packages after the “Delivered” scan has been completed.
